Daisy is a writer + director.

At age 16, she moved to Stuttgart, Germany to join the The Stuttgart Ballet Company, one of the most elite ballet companies in the world. Daisy has danced in over 100 ballets — including Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty and Giselle and contemporary works choreographed by Christian Spück, Bridget Breiner, Mauro Bigonzetti, Marco Goecke, and Demis Volpi.

After hanging up her pointe shoes, Daisy earned a degree in practical filmmaking from The Met Film School in London, England. She is an alumna of the 2019 Sundance New Voices Lab. In 2020, she wrote and directed a 3-part documentary series for the Ballett am Rhein in Düsseldorf which premiered live at their Opera House as well as on German TV. And in 2021, she directed a documentary short film in Amsterdam commissioned by the Ballett am Rhein about world-renowned choreographer Hans van Manen.

MOTHER, MAY I?, a feature film Daisy co-wrote, produced and choreographed, with distribution by Dark Sky Films, is now available for streaming on VOD platforms.

Daisy is currently a staff writer on Amy Sherman-Palladino and Dan Palladino’s new Amazon series ÉTOILE.
